Frequently Asked Questions About Party Rentals
A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
A: Yes, but once again, please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees may apply depending on your location. At the check out cart, add your city and zip to calculate delivery fee and minimum order required for your city!
A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. We will call you the evening before your event to set up a delivery time.
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Orbit Moonwalks cleans and disinfects after every rental with special disinfectant. The bouncer will be clean when you get it.
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 ft of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
A: We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity or do not allow use of their electrical plugs. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Do to liability purposes, you must rent a generator from us and not use a personal one. You will find them in our "Extras" category. Please call the local Parks & Rec office for reservation details. Most parks also require a park certificate from our insurance company.
Credit Card, Debit, or cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
A: If you need to cancel your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year. Within that year, you may use your available credit. This method is used because once your items are booked, other customers cannot book those items. Please call our office once you have a new event date!

A: Our inflatable rides and games are inflated using a fully enclosed electric blower unit that is powered by a standard 110 volt, 20 AMP, three-prong electrical outlet. Each blower draws roughly 9-10 Amps (1,000 -1,100w) and some larger units use multiple blowers. Electricity is needed within 100 feet of the inflatable. These motors run constantly to keep the unit inflated so constant ample power will be required. Customers are responsible for making sure sufficient power is available before booking. If power is not efficient enough to run your unit/s, you are responsible for the rental cost and there will be no refund since our equipment was held for your reservation date.
Concession equipment should not be placed on the same power source. The units are powered by a standard 110 volt, 20 AMP, three-prong electrical outlet. Each machine requires between 7-11 Amps (900-1,300w).
Orbit Moonwalks supplied generators may only be used to power Orbit Moonwalks equipment. An Orbit Moonwalks generator may be used to power the units if sufficient outlets/power is not available. Please see the accessories portion of our website for pricing.

A: Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have a clear pathway to access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room. For the larger units and water slides, if we are setting up in the backyard, we may need at least a 6 FT wide gate clearance. If you have any questions, call our office at 832-998-0545.
A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. We will not set up on a muddy surface!
A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office at 832-998-0545.
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
